Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualifications and experience requirements vary for each post. Below are some highlights:
- Office Assistant: Graduation in any stream. Proficiency in local language required. Computer knowledge preferred.
- Officer Scale-I: Graduation in any discipline. Preference for Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, IT, Management, Law, Economics, etc. Local language proficiency required.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation with 50% marks + 2 years experience as officer.
- Officer Scale-II Specialist (IT / CA / Law / Marketing / Treasury / Agriculture): Relevant degree with professional certification/experience as specified.
- Officer Scale-III: Graduation with 50% marks + minimum 5 years banking/financial sector experience.
